Worldbuilding:

An intriguing first glimpse into a world I really want to know more about!! Scenes and environments were clear and well described. We got all the necessary information for this novella, teasing with so much more of things to come 😀

Character development:

Melis is banished from her home and wishes to be a companion to one of the Children of Lilith. She has nothing left and nothing to lose. We know some of her past and what she wants for her future.
However, the three brothers we know very little of, and I hope we see more of them in instalments to come! They are fun, against stupid and repressive rules and know how to treat a woman 😉

Pacing & Flow:

An excellent flow. Of course, it’s only a novella, so there weren’t that many pages, but still, it felt smooth sailing from start to finish.

The book itself:

It was well written with a few mistakes here and there but nothing that took me out of the zone 🙂
Needless to say, there was sex described.
It has 87 pages spread over 10 chapters and is told from Melis’s point of view.

Final Thoughts:

This book was a total surprise, and I really liked it! Just what I needed 😀
I will most definitely read the next book, and I hope it keeps the momentum going that this one started!
