Long live Solaris. One bloodthirsty ruler has been overthrown by another, casting the shadow of death over the Solaris Empire. The final book of the series… it took me a while, but then again, I didn’t want it to end. Seriously guys, if you haven’t read this series, put it on your list and make it a high priority! It has everything you want and need: great worldbuilding, strong characters that are flawed, have hopes, dreams and fears. They love, they cry, they grow and some of them die. *sigh* it really was a great series.
Pacing and flow in this instalment were good, a lot of things going on that keeps you on your toes! 😉
The book itself was well written with no (noticeable) errors and there is no sex described (if that is important to you).
All in all, a very worthy end of a great series, one that I am very happy to place amongst my favourites and I can’t wait to read more from this amazingly talented author! 😀 LONG LIVE SOLARIS!
